Three-layer verification checks every claim
No BOUN is issued on trust alone. Every submission passes through three independent verification layers before reward is calculated.
Claude AI scores your submission for authenticity, location plausibility, and evidence quality. Score threshold: 0.7 minimum.
A human reviewer checks AI-flagged submissions and applies the verification tier: basic 0.8× / standard 1.0× / high 1.2× / premium 1.5×.
All rewards are calculated against the locked Constitution v1 rates. No admin can override the base rate or the USDC peg.
